Takashi Morimoto joined Oncolys BioPharma Inc. as a standing auditor since November 2008. Prior to joining Oncolys, he was successively held an auditor of Atomix consolidated subsidiaries (4 of them), a standing auditor and a sales director of Atomix Co.,Ltd, and the president & CEO of Atom Support Co.,Ltd..
Mr. Morimoto was also an administration officer at Japan Corporate Auditors Association from November 2007 to October 2008.
