When injected into a solid tumor, Telomelysin® infects the cancer cells and replicates more than 100,000-fold, thus destroying the cancer cells. Then, the replicated Telomelysin® will spread to other cancer cells and destroy them. Telomelysin® does not harm normal cells, due to the low activity of Telomerase in these cells. |
